Roque Banos (Don’t Breathe, Evil Dead, The Machinist, In the Heart of the Sea,  The Girl in the Spider’s Web, Come Play, The Killer’s Game, Sexy Beast) has teamed up with Ben Cherney (The Kids Are Alright 2) to score the upcoming horror thriller Bone Lake. The film is directed by Mercedes Byrce Morgan (Spoonful of Sugar) and stars Maddie Hasson, Alex Roe, Marco Pigossi and Andra Nechita. The movie follows a couple whose romantic vacation at a secluded lakeside estate is upended when they are forced to share the mansion with a mysterious and attractive couple. Joshua Friedlander wrote the screenplay and is also producing he project with LD Entertainment’s Jacob Yakob, Pete Shilaimon (Megan Leavey, Dangerous Animals) & Mickey Liddell (Jackie, The Grey), as well as Jason Blumenfeld (Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, Saturday Night). Bone Lake will be released in theaters nationwide on October 10, 2025 by Bleecker Street.
